Foundation of a Company
A company may be founded by one or several natural persons or legal entities whilst it can have a maximum of 50 partners. It is established by Agreement of Association, or a Deed of Foundation, and is incorporated by its registration in the Commercial Register. In case a company is established by several persons, the minimum contribution of each partner shall be the minimum amount of EUR 750. A partner and/or company executive can also be a foreigner without a permanent residence in the Slovak Republic. The value of company registered capital shall be a minimum of EUR 5,000.The following changes can be performed in a limited company: change of a business name of a limited company, change of a registered office of a limited company, change of a name of a partner and company executive of a limited company and other changes to a limited company arranged by our company, which will arrange your changes in the Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic within 8–10 business days.

- We verify the signed documents electronically and send them to the Trade Licensing Office, Tax Office of the Slovak Republic and Commercial Register of the Slovak Republic.

Foundation of a Limited Liability Company Including Registration for Value Added Tax (VAT)
In case your business activities are focused abroad or your partners simply condition mutual cooperation by registration for VAT purposes, it is possible to solve this problem by filing an application for voluntary VAT payment, which requires submission of a questionnaire and annexes based on which the Tax Office of the Slovak Republic issues a certificate of VAT registration.
